Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Benedict McQueen, 3-4 Mulgrave Court, Mulgrave Road, Sutton, Surrey SM2 6LF, on Thursday, 14th May 1998, at 2.15 p.m., to be followed at 2.30 p.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
