Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that the Community Project Limited, of 7 Earlsthorpe Road, London SE26 4PD, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 21/105 to abstract water from a borehole into the Ashdown beds at National Grid Reference TQ 494 136, at Laughton Lodge Hospital, Laughton, East Sussex. The variation being applied for is to change purpose from Industrial Hospital Use to Private Water Undertaking.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Village Shop, Laughton, between 13th April and 13th May 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Southern Region, 3 Liverpool Gardens, Worthing BN11 1TF, before the end of the said period.
