The County of Northumberland (Tweedside Trading Estate) (No Waiting At Any Time) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Northumberland County Council propose to make an Order under sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) and (2), 4 and paragraph 20(1) of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The Order, if made, will have the effect of prohibiting the waiting of vehicles at any time on certain sections of the roads within the Tweedside Trading Estate, Tweedmouth, Berwick-upon-Tweed.   Full details are included in a copy of the draft Order which, together with a copy of a map showing the lengths of road involved and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the offices of the Director of Administration and County Solicitor, County Hall, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 2EF, and at the address shown below during normal office hours until 1st May 1998.   If you wish to object to the proposals you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to the undersigned at the address shown below before 1st May 1998.
