The Hackney (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Consolidation) (No. 1) Order 1998 No. 6
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney, on 12th March 1998, made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 9 of the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the proposed Order is to consolidate existing waiting and loading restriction Orders and impose and revoke waiting and loading restrictions in the following streets: Albion Road, amend restrictions both sides. Balcorne Street, impose restrictions both sides. Basing House Yard, impose restrictions both sides. Bridport Place, impose restrictions both sides. Burma Road, impose restrictions both sides. Carysfort Road, impose restrictions both sides. Cazenove Road, impose restrictions both sides. Chatsworth Road, amend restrictions both sides. Clifden Road, amend restrictions both sides. Clissold Crescent, impose restrictions both sides. Cresset Road, impose restrictions both sides. Detmold Road, impose restrictions both sides. Downs Park Road, impose restrictions south side. A copy of the Order, which comes into force on 6th April 1998, showing the effects of the proposed Order and of the Councils’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until expiration of a period of 28 days from the date on which this notice is published, in the reception area of the Regulatory Services. 161 City Road, London EC1V 1NR.
