The County of Devon (Trebble Park and St. Edmunds Road, Kingsbridge) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that on 6th April 1998, Devon County Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as published in The London Gazette, dated 25th October 1996, Issue No. 54561 (Ref. No. 495) to come into force on 17th April 1998.   Details are contained in the Order which, together with a plan illustrating the lengths of roads affected, may be inspected during usual office hours at the offices of the Local Service Officer, Ivybridge, Devon County Council, 2-4 Cornwood Road, Ivybridge; and at Kingsbridge Library, Ilbert Road, Kingsbridge.   If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been compiled with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
