LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE

The Redbridge, Woodford Station Area (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. ) Order 1998 Additional Waiting Restrictions. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993, by introducing waiting restrictions between the hours of 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays in Kings Avenue, Worcester Crescent and Malvern Drive. The proposed changes are intended to deter commuter parking.   A copy of the proposed Order, of the above-mentioned Order of 1983 (and of the Orders that have amended that Order), a plan showing the lengths of the restrictions and the Council‘s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays, inclusive at the Information centre, Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, until 1st May 1998.   Any person wishing to object to or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections or representation, and the grounds thereof, to the Chief Legal Officer at the Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, quoting reference JPS/R262/245 by no later than 1st May 1998.
