LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Side Roads) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 1) Traffic Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made, on 8th April 1998, an Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be advertised in The London Gazette dated 5th March 1998, Issue No. 55060, Ref. No. 505.   A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Tuesday, 13th April 1998, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at:   (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ   (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any Regulations made thereunder, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
