The A1 Trunk Road (Brotherton) (Restriction) Order 1998

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 82(2) and 83(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which comes into operation on 10th April 1998.   The effect of the Order is as described in issue number 1359 of The London Gazette dated 5th February 1998 (ref. 547).   A copy of the Order, and the relevant plan, have been deposited at the office of North Yorkshire County Council, Canal Road, Selby, where they may be inspected during normal office hours. A copy may also be seen at, or obtained by application to, the office of the Director, The Highways Agency, 9th Floor West, City House, Leeds LS1 4UR, quoting Ref.
