The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 3951 of The London Gazette dated 6th April 1998

In the Manchester County Court No. 1117 of 1998In the Matter of THE MERLIN ORGANISATION LTD and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 19 Back Wall Gate, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 6LQ, presented on 3rd March 1998 by Ellis & Powell Ltd., trading as Raab Karcher Timber, of Maes Y Clawdd, Shrewsbury Road, Oswestry, Shropshire SY11 4PR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester County Court, The Courts of Justice, Crown Square, Manchester M60 9DJ, on 24th April 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 23rd April 1998.
