Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company, are required, on or before Tuesday, 5th May 1998, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Roger Cain, of Phillips Cain, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, the Trustee of the Debtor, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
