At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 28-30 Little Russell Street, London WC1A 2HN, on 2nd April 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Murzban Khurshed Mehta, of Citroen Wells, Devonshire House, 1 Devonshire Street, London W1N 2DR, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” B.
