TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

  The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby give notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of Back Street, off Leeds Road, Huddersfield, referred to in the notice published on 24th October 1997 (Ref.
