Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 290(1) and 300(1), Companies Act 1948, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Laurence Factor & Co., 37-41 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1HH, on 22nd May 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and authorising the Liquidator to dispose of the books, records and accounts of the Company at his discretion. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
