CRAIG ENGINEERING LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ernst & Young, Southgate House, Wood Street, Cardiff, on 28th April 1998, at 12 noon, for the purposes, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator and of appointing a Liquidation Committee. Any proxy to be used at the Meeting must be lodged, at the offices of Ernst & Young, not later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting. A statement of claim must also be lodged. Notice is also given that, for the purpose of voting, secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given, and the value at which they estimate it.
