At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of B. N. Jackson Norton, Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, on Friday, 3rd April 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Rodney Broadwood Kilvert, of B. N. Jackson Norton, The Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Castle Gates, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” N. G.
