Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Purfleet Thames Terminal, London Road, Purfleet, Essex, on Friday, 8th May 1998, at 12 noon, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting should be lodged at the Company’s registered office, 2nd Floor, The Quadrangle, 180 Wardour Street, London W1V 3AA, not later than 12 noon on Thursday, 7th May 1998. M.
