Notice is hereby given that a First and Final Dividend of about 3p in the £ will shortly be paid to the non-preferential Creditors. The notice set out below applies only to those Creditors who have not yet lodged formal claims and received from me a written acknowledgement of claim. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 30th April 1998, to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Simon John Lundy and Ian William Kings, both of Jennings Johnson, 19 Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1LA, the Joint Liquidators of the said Company, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution which will be made within the next 4 months after the date specified above.
