Notice is hereby given, that a Final General Meeting of the Members of Mayborne of Bournemouth Limited will be held at 7 St. Stephen’s Court, 15-17 St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6JL, on 14th May 1998, at 2.30 p.m., to be followed at 3 p.m. on the same day by a Final Meeting of the Creditor’s of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceeding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at 7 St. Stephen’s Court, 15-18 St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6JL, no later than 12 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
