Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 135 Buchanan Street, Glasgow G1 2JA, on 1st May 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having accounts laid before the Members showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
