Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Vernon Wright & Co., 9 a Station Road West, Oxted, Surrey RH8 9EE, on Wednesday, 6th May 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote in their place. Proxies need not be Members or Creditors of the Company. Proxy forms must be retured to the offices of Vernon Wright & Co., 9 a Station Road West, Oxted, Surrey RH8 9EE, no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 5th May 1998. V. C.
