BEST TRAVEL LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE FUND

I, David Passmore Herbert, being the duly appointed Independent Trustee of the above pension fund, require any person interested in or claiming to be entitled to a benefit from the said pension fund to send to me, at the address given below, within a period of 2 months from the date of this notice, details of such interest or claim.   It is my intention to wind up the said pension fund upon such terms as I shall decide in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules and appropriate documents for the benefit of those Members, pensioners, and deferred pensioners which have been made known to me at the expiration of the said 2 month period. Any persons who have received correspondence from me or my office within the last 12 months need not reply to this notice. D. P.
