Stopping-up of areas of highway at Woodlands, Churchstow, Kingsbridge, Devon
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Devon) (No. SW 2) Order 1998” authorising the stopping-up of areas of highway at Woodlands, Churchstow, Kingsbridge, Devon, to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission referred to in that Schedule. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the South West (Transport), 5th Floor, The Pithay, Bristol BS1 2PB (quoting reference GOSW(T) 5051/35/1/301) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of South Hams District Council, Follston House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, Devon TQ9 5NE. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 17th April 1998, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein. Schedule
The erection of 12 dwellings and associated works, in accordance with deemed planning permission granted by South Hams District Council on 26th June 1997 under reference 9/11/0618/97/10.
