At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 28 Fleming Court, St. Marys Square, London W2 1SE, on 2nd April 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony David Kent, of Maidment Judd, Tollgate House, 69-71 High Street, Harpenden, Hertfordshire AL5 2SL, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” E.
