At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 28 Ainstey Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7JR, on 8th April 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gerald Maurice Krasner, of Bartfield & Co., Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” C.
