Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not already done so are required, on or before 20th May 1998, to send their proof of debts to John Kelmanson, of The Kelmanson Partnership, Avco House, 6 Albert Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 9SH, or Stephen Katz, of H. W. Fisher & Co., Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London NW1 3ER, the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary of other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
