Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not already done so are required, on or before 29th May 1998, to send their proof of debts to John Kelmanson, of The Kelmanson Partnership, Avco House, 6 Albert Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 9SH, the Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary of other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
