A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving a report of the Liquidator showing how the Administration has been conducted and the Debtor’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release. The Meeting will be held at Neville Russell, Oxford House, 2 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BE, on 20th May 1998, at 2 p.m. M. Field, Liquidator 16th April 1998.
