Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
SOMAN WHERRY PRESS PENSION FUND
The above Scheme has been in the process of winding-up since 31st August 1987, following the takeover of the Company by the Maxwell Group. The Trustee appointed to administer the Scheme winding-up has been checking the records of membership of the Scheme. It is believed all the Members are known, who were not then in receipt of a pension at the discontinuance date 31st August 1987, for whom there could be an enhancement in their benefit on retirement from surplus assets on the winding-up. However, there may be others of whom, for one reason or another, the Trustee is not aware. If you believe that you may be eligible for such benefit as a non-pensioned Member of the Scheme on 31st August 1987, you should write giving full details of your membership of the Scheme to Capital Pension Trustees Ltd., 1 Harley Street, London W1N 1DA. (Please note there are no facilities for personal callers at this address; also, if you have been recently in direct communication with Norwich Union Life & Pensions or Capital Pension Trustees Ltd., your details are already known).
