Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Horsfields Insolvency Practitioners, 8 Manchester Road, Bury BL9 0ED, on Wednesday, 27th May 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
