The Camden (Prescribed Route (No. ) Traffic Order 199 )
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce one-way traffic flow in: Princess Road, between Regents Park Road and Chalcot Road (from south to north direction); Chalcot Square (clockwise direction); Chalcot Crescent, between Regents Park Road and Rothwell Street (from general, south-west to north-east direction). A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected or purchased during normal office hours on Monday to Friday inclusive, at the Environment Department Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wanting to object or make other representations to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and specify the grounds thereof and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Traffic Management Section, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by 15th May 1998, within a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
