Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the Batoyle Holdings Pension Scheme intends to distribute among the persons entitled thereto the assets and property held for the purpose of the Scheme. Beneficiaries should provide similar information and also include a note of their relationship to the deceased Member. Letters should be sent without delay (Private and Confidential), to D T B B, The Trustee of the Pension Fund, Batoyle Holdings plc, Colne Vale Road, Milnsbridge, Huddersfield HD3 4NT. After the elapse of 2 months the Trustee will have regard only to the claims and interest of which it has received details when it exercises its duties and powers under the Scheme and, as respects any property or assets distributed by the Trustee in accordance with the Scheme, the Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
