Notice of Deposit of Proposals for the Replacement of a Structure Plan Derby and Derbyshire Joint Structure Plan

Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council have prepared proposals for the replacement of the above plan.   Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals should be sent in writing to Mr. J. Guest, Director of Planning and Technical Services, Derby City Council, Roman House, Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1XB, or Mr. D. Harvey, Director of Environmental Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 3AG, before Friday, 5th June 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.   Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at either of the addresses specified above within the 6 week period ending on Friday, 5th June 1998 will have a right to have their objections considered.   Further information is available from the Planning and Technical Services Department of the City Council or the Environmental Services Department of the County Council at the addresses given. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections to the proposals are received during the period given for making objections Derby City and Derbyshire County Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
