Notice of Adoption of Proposals for a Statutory Plan or for the Alteration or Replacement of a Statutory Plan Notice of Adoption of Proposals for a Local Plan West Lindsey Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that on 24th April 1998 West Lindsey District Council adopted these plan proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for West Lindsey District. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the Guildhall, Gainsborough; Development Services Directorate, 26 Spital Terrace, Gainsborough; Market Rasen Area Office, Health Centre, Gordon Field, Market Rasen; Caistor Area Office, South Dale, Caistor; Welton Area Office, Park Street, Lincoln, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., on Friday.   In addition copies of the Documents are deposited and available for inspection during normal opening hours at public libraries throughout the district of West Lindsey and at Lincoln Central Library.   The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 24th April 1998, make application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
