Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, on 22nd May 1998, at 10 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Joint Liquidators, and to pass Resolutions as to the release of the Joint Liquidators, and as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
