Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 29-31 Greville Street, London EC1N 8RB, on 29th May 1998, at 11.30 a.m. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceeding years and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member is entitled to attend and vote and is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Carolyn House, 29-31 Greville Street, London EC1N 8RB, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. C. R.
