Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual and Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Blenheim House, 6 Union Place, Truro, Cornwall TR1 1EP, on 20th May 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
