At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Audit House, 151 High Street, Billericay, Essex CM12 9AB, on 9th April 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony Albert Hollis, of Mudd & Co., Audit House, 151 High Street, Billericay, Essex CM12 9AB, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” L.
