Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Polar Motor Group Retirement Benefits Scheme is required to send particulars, in writing, to Mrs. G. Banham, Lancaster Management Services Ltd., Charter Court, Colchester, Essex CO4 4TG, before 30th June 1998, after which date the Trustees will deal with the assets of the Retirement Benefits Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not, as respects the assets being dealt with, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
