At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Warwick House, Rosehill, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 2UT, on 23rd April 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jeanette Brown, of Dodd & Co., Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 7HW, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.” D.
