TELEGRAPH EVENTS LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 69-75 Lincoln Road, Peterborough PE1 2SQ, on 21st April 1998, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Perkins, of Bulley Davey, 69-75 Lincoln Road, Peterborough PE1 2SQ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator’s remuneration be fixed in the sum of £950 plus VAT, plus his disbursements.” P.
