Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Deloitte & Touche, 10-12 East Parade, Leeds LS1 2AJ, on 20th May 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.
