The following notice is in substitution for notice No. 883 which appeared on page 4334 of The London Gazette dated 16th April 1998 which referred to P & F Marketing Limited in error: In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No. 348 of 1998In the Matter of P B F MARKETING LTD and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 9 High Street, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes MK16 1AA, presented on 17th March 1998, by HM Customs and Excise Bedford, Dents Chambers, New Sqaure, Chesterfield S40 1AJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 11th May 1998, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday, 8th May 1998.
