At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Old Forge, Baldock Road, Cottered, Hertfordshire, on Thursday, 23rd April 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were duly passed:   That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that David Henry Nixon, of D. H. Nixon & Co., The Old Forge, Baldock Road, Cottered, Hertfordshire SG9 9QP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” C. R. Cresswell, Chairman
