Notice is hereby given, pursuant of sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gibson Hewitt & Co., 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, on 1st June 1998, at 10.15 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by Meetings of Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
