Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Bridge Hotel, Western Avenue, Greenford, Middlesex UB6 8ST, on 21st May 1998, at 11a.m., for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 18th April 1998, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
