At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 36 Great St. Helen’s, London EC3A 6AP, on 28th April 1978, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Christopher Wray Sudlow, of Slater, Chapman & Cooke, of 7 St. James’s Square, London SW1Y 7JU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” T.
