Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act, a General Meeting of the Shareholders will be held at The Hawker Centre, Lower Ham Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey KT2 5BH, on 27th May 1998, at 12.45 p.m., followed by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company at 12.50 p.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s actions and the conduct of the winding-up since liquidation.
