Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, Maurice Moses, of Levy Gee, 100 a Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8EJ, the Liquidator of the above-named Company, invite Creditors who have not previously proved their debts, to submit details of their claims in writing, together with supporting documentation, to me by Friday, 29th May 1998, being the last day for proving. Creditors should note that, if so requested, they may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear necessary. Creditors should note that under the provisions of Rule 11.3 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I, as Liquidator, am not obliged to deal with proofs lodged after this date. A Creditor who has not proved their debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend distribution.
