A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator of the administration of the liquidation estate and determining whether the Liquidator should have release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at The MacDonald Partnership, 26-30 Old Church Street, Chelsea, London SW3 5BY, on 29th May 1998, at 2.30 p.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one) not later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
