Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Fricker & Co., Rutland House, 90-92 Baxter Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6HZ, on Monday, 1st June 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxy forms must be returned to Fricker & Co., Rutland House, 90-92 Baxter Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6HZ, not later than 12 noon on the last working day before the Meetings. H. W.
